At iilora, we want every piece you bring into your home and style to feel perfect for you. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process simple and stress-free.


Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., earrings, personal accessories, opened candles) are non-returnable.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@iilora.com with your order number.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom pieces cannot be returned.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@iilora.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship it back to us — once received, your refund will be processed.
